Role & responsibilities

• Efficient PLANT Management for a PVC/UPVC PIPES AND FITTINGS  
• Responsible for complete plant operations including planning, processing , quality assurance, costing, maintenance etc
• Implementation by managing changes Production Planning.
• Reduction of Scrap

• Has ability to improve systems and processes using new technology and drive the implementation by managing changes

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate Engineer / Graduate with CIPET with 15 years of experience out of 5 years experience in PVC Pipes and fittings manufacturing company  as Plant Manager or Production manager
• Technical knowledge to handle a production plant
• Has ability to trouble shoot and take quick action
• Able to handle multinational workforce
• Excellent people management skill
• ERP knowledge desirable

Education

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Plastics

PG: PG Diploma in Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
